Junior Systems Analyst Job Description

We are a leading provider of sustainable waste management solutions in Australia, aiming to be recognised as the most innovative and sustainable waste management company with industry-leading HSE performance.

The purpose of this role is to create, analyse, document, test, improve, and streamline systems and business processes to support multi-faceted core operations for a municipal waste contract.

  • Identify, analyse, and document business and user requirements for development of custom technical solutions.
  • Develop reporting infrastructure for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems and prevent escalations.
  • Proactively identify and/or participate in continuous improvement business initiatives.
