About Infrastructure Engineering

We're looking for a seasoned expert to join our team as a Staff Infrastructure Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and maintenance of our infrastructure, enabling our business to scale and achieve industry-leading performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features at large-scale, while improving internal engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
  • Design and implement efficient solutions that balance scale, availability, latency, and organizational health.
  • Work closely with various teams to support their current and future demands, and external partners in the open source community.

About the Team:

The Core Infrastructure team is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure used by all product teams. We work closely with various teams to advance new distributed services, scale existing technologies, and support businesses worldwide by processing payments, managing marketplaces, and assisting entrepreneurs in launching internet businesses.
