About the Role

As a Retail Leader, you will be part of an iconic organization making a tangible impact on the nation. Your work will encompass various settings, from warehouses and stores to on-the-road initiatives, significantly influencing customers, team members, and the local community.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and oversee the day-to-day operation of the grocery department, consisting of non-perishable products in-store. Your primary objective is to contribute to an exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging store environment for our customers, team members, and community.

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Focus on visual merchandising, safety standards, compliance, and stock management guidelines
