About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals return to work and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads and provide case management services to injured workers
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Work collaboratively with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to achieve successful outcomes
  • Conduct a variety of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Desire to problem solve and innovate
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
