Key Responsibilities:

Conducting fieldwork and collecting drill core samples under the guidance of the supervising geologist.

Compiling and maintaining geological data, such as recovery, RQD, SG, and magnetic susceptibility.

Assisting with drill core storage and retrieval to ensure efficient workflows.

Preparing and dispatching samples to assay laboratories in a timely manner.

Maintaining accurate records through data entry and record keeping.

Requirements:

Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within mining or exploration environments, coupled with demonstrated mechanical knowledge (including 4WD operation), recovery skills, and a solid understanding of MS Office suite.

Qualifications: A valid C-class WA driver's license and a current, approved forklift ticket are mandatory. A Seniors First Aid certificate is beneficial.

Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn are desired. The ideal candidate should be able to plan tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
