The successful candidate will use their expertise to provide top-notch services to our commercial clients while collaborating seamlessly with their colleagues back at base.

About Us:

We've been delivering exceptional locksmithing and security services for 50 years. Under fresh management for the past three years, we've maintained our traditional strengths while embracing innovative approaches to meet our clients' evolving needs in the mechanical and electronic security space.

What You Can Expect:

- Interact face-to-face with numerous customers daily and exceed their expectations
- Regular communication with the base team
- Maintain detailed records via our CRM system, SimPRO
- Key cutting, lock installation, and repair
- Support access control system installations and maintenance
- Participate in emergency access services and gain entry without causing damage
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition
- Be flexible and assist in other areas of the business when needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For:

- A fully qualified locksmith (we welcome applicants from apprentices to SCEC-certified professionals)
- Passion for locksmithing and security technology
- Self-discipline and maturity, understanding the importance of punctuality, time management, and effective team communication
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and teach
- Attention to detail
- Clean background check
