**About the Role at Suntory**:

We're expanding our presence in Oceania and building a top-performing Sales team for our newly launched licensed function. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and visibility within bars, clubs, restaurants, and retail liquor outlets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing assigned customer call cycles across your defined territory to achieve customer-specific metrics and execute promotional programs
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their businesses and provide effective support
  • Ensuring perfect store ranging by segmentation and outlet
  • Selling-in and signing pourage rights in the On-Premise channel
  • Managing customer orders and reporting accurate and timely information in our CRM

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 18 months of Licensed Sales experience or equivalent Hospitality trade experience
  • Strong understanding of selling processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Presentation and selling skills
  • Strong planning skills and action-oriented mindset
