We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Specialist to join our team at 3Bridges Community. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of elderly individuals living independently in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance with daily living activities, including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care needs.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and fulfillment through meaningful interactions with seniors.
  • Support clients with respite care and accompany them to appointments and outings, promoting their independence.

About the Role:

This is a flexible position, offering various hours from Casual to Part-Time for the right candidates. We encourage applicants who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

About You:

  • You possess a Full NSW Driver's License and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or related field (desirable).
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role working with frail, aged, or disabled individuals.
  • You have demonstrated experience working with vulnerable people, CALD backgrounds, and complex needs.
  • A sound understanding of Work Health & Safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and alone.
  • A current First Aid/CPR Certificate (an advantage, training provided if necessary).

  • National Police clearance prior to appointment.
  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check clearance.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
