We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Victoria, Australia. This role involves engaging with customers, answering their queries, and recommending products while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide excellent customer experiences by communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, working independently, and demonstrating a strong work ethic. Key skills include a commitment to delivering great customer service, knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits, and the ability to work on your feet for long periods and carry out moderate lifting.
Key Skills and Requirements- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Knowledge of beverages, including being able to engage with customers and answer their questions.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 17kg, and reach stock shelves efficiently.
- Holding a valid RSA certificate is required due to liquor sales regulations in Australia.
