We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Early Start Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and adult caseload, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, family-based, and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education, and support.
- Ongoing evaluation, training, and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration is a must.
- A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client achieve their own goals, potential, and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them.
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
