We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our retail café operations on the Sunshine Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality customer experiences.

As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading daily operations of the retail café, ensuring consistent service and product quality
  • Managing food and beverage standards, promotions, and compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Driving customer service excellence and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Overseeing team performance, rostering, and training to meet operational needs
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and cost targets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or retail café management, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and key performance indicators
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, occupational health and safety, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in rostering, inventory control, and point-of-sale systems
