• A valid AHPRA registration, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
• An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles, ensuring you provide care that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
• Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements, enabling you to navigate complex policy and procedure.
• Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and families.
