Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to member growth by identifying new business opportunities and generating high-quality sales leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through tailored sales presentations, tours, and service calls.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and build lasting relationships with members.
  • Support member retention programs and inspire individuals to continue their fitness journey.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • The ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Tenacity and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Customer focus and desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
