- Book and invoice cruise bookings and packages efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by ensuring that KPIs are met.
- Handle customer enquiries via multiple channels (email, phone, in-person) accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate product information for effective sales delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or wholesale in the Cruise or Travel Industry.
- Prior GDS experience is a must.
- Ambitious and highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
