We are seeking motivated individuals who want to make a positive difference in people's lives. As a Community Access Support Worker, you will be supporting children, teenagers and adults with a disability to actively participate in their community and within their home.
Our Community Access Services located in Mansfield, Benalla and Wangaratta have great opportunities on offer for those who want to gain valuable experience in the field. We offer opportunities for learning and development and flexible hours to accommodate your study or personal commitments.
You will have the opportunity to support people at Community Hubs, in the community, and occasionally at home, to achieve their goals.

- A commitment to empowering clients to reach their goals and uphold quality and safeguards.
- Effective communication skills and good English literacy.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- A willingness to support clients with personal care activities.
- An Australian Driver Licence.
- The right to work in Australia.
- The ability to obtain a First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate if not already held.
A Certificate IV in Disability, relevant work experience or an interest in community services is desirable. If not, we provide training and support and can assist with work and study.
You will be subject to an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
