About Our Support Worker Role

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide personal care and support services in the comfort of our clients' own homes.

Our support workers play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our customers by delivering tailored care solutions that promote their well-being, empowerment, and engagement in activities aligned with their health, happiness, and interests.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Cooking and preparing meals
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social engagements
  • Offering companionship and emotional support

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
  • An accredited Medication Competency Certificate
  • At least 500 hours of professional home care/aged care experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
