Job Description

  • We enable organisations to take proactive steps toward a healthier, safer future, leading to tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing in-person support to members when they need it.
  • Assisting the Response Network Manager with stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, and operational procedures.
  • Conducting emergency and non-emergency support responses as required.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work.
  • High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management.
  • Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
