Key Responsibilities:
- Providing in-person support to members when they need it.
- Assisting the Response Network Manager with stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, and operational procedures.
- Conducting emergency and non-emergency support responses as required.
Requirements:
- Recent experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work.
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management.
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
- Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
