We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Manager.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead our team of technicians, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards in all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair.

  • Assist the service manager in leading the team
  • Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Use our booking system for customers' cars
  • Responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of used and new vehicles
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on vehicles
  • Provide high-quality workmanship on all vehicles
  • Opportunities to stay up-to-date with brand products and tooling through extensive suppliers
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment
  • Complete paperwork with details of works carried out
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fully qualified 5+ years' experience in the trade
  • Solid knowledge of the automotive industry
  • High standards in customer service and care
  • Ability to problem-solve and find suitable resolutions
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to strive for goals
  • RWC and A/C licence an advantage but not essential
  • Current full drivers' licence
  • Ability to work independently
