Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Hair Growth Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.

This role requires a high degree of integrity, with a strong focus on building trust with clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain sales opportunities arising from the client database
  • FOLLOW UP LEADS, OPPORTUNITIES, AND CLIENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER
  • Reduce buyer's resistance through effective education and communication
  • Prepare and manage client recommendations
  • Conduct calls and consultations with clients as directed by the Head of Sales
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Head of Sales
  • Prepare and manage client invoicing and follow-up payment
  • Capture and enter data (e.g., client recommendations, photographs, notes, assessment, quotes)
  • Schedule follow up appointments for clients (phone call, zoom, in clinic)
  • Support the daily business function of the sales team
  • Answer sales calls
  • Gather and provide information on leads, opportunities, and clients on behalf of the Head of Sales
Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong task management skills
