Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our team as the State Learning and Development Facilitator.

In this role, you will partner with various business units to deliver impactful training programs across key areas, including inductions, leadership development, sales, customer service, and personal training.

The L&D Facilitator will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of engaging learning content, supported and guided by the Learning and Development Lead.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional facilitation of bespoke training programs.
  • Deliver learning content via face-to-face workshops, ensuring participant competency meets learning objectives.
  • Provide feedback to relevant leadership and training teams regarding participant competency and performance.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric benchmarks.
  • Track and maintain the status and completion records for all relevant training programs.
About You

Self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders are encouraged to apply.

You should have:

  • 3+ years' experience within a customer-facing sales and/or customer service role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing/leading projects.
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems.
  • Natural and motivational communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across different sites.
  • High-level organisational skills.
