About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Noosa store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with our customers.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Support and collaborate with other team members to ensure business goals are met and the store is presented in an attractive and well-maintained manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with customers and build strong relationships.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job, with a strong attention to detail.
