Senior Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate to join our team in the THRIVING Food Futures research hub.
About the Role:- The successful applicant will be responsible for developing algorithms to identify healthy and/or sustainable foods;
- Testing these algorithms against the subjective judgments of a working group of policymakers;
- Presentation of easily accessible results at project meetings and in reports.
This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher to contribute to a cutting-edge project that aims to co-design work on healthy, sustainable diets for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and testing algorithms to identify healthy and/or sustainable foods;
- Collaborating with a working group of policymakers to refine the algorithms;
- Presenting results at project meetings and in reports.
- A PhD in population health or a related field;
- Strong quantitative analysis skills;
- Experience of working on projects based around healthy and/or sustainable diets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in population health and experience in working on projects related to healthy and/or sustainable diets. They should also have excellent communication and presentation skills.
