Job Title: Counterbalance Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Operator to support our warehouse operations in Trafford Park, Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe operation of counterbalance trucks and the use of hand scanners to ensure efficient stock rotation and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the warehouse team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Operate counterbalance trucks to move stock and materials around the warehouse
  • Use hand scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Collaborate with the Shift Manager to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse processes and procedures

Client Overview: Our client is a world-renowned warehousing organization providing logistics and distribution services to blue chip companies. As a Counterbalance Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting their operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Working Hours: The successful candidate will work a fixed day shift from 6am-4pm, Monday to Friday, with the option to work additional shifts, including nights, on a rotational basis.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for overtime and additional compensation for working nights.
