The NRMA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Treasure Island Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning of cabins, villas, and facilities
  • Dispose of rubbish and recyclables
  • Cleaning of bathrooms and all mirrors
  • Changing of linen and bedding
  • Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of outdoor and indoor areas
  • Spot cleaning and the cleaning of furnishings and fittings
  • Completing room checklists and advising of any maintenance or WHS issues
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures
  • Ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" approach
  • Suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously
