About the Role
The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational requirements of our Pinjarra site. This includes managing production teams and support functions to deliver seamless operations, ensuring quality products are made safely and delivered to customers on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production teams and support functions to achieve operational excellence
- Implement sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain quality management systems
- Ensure regulatory compliance and OH&S standards are met
- Drive continuous improvement and lean methodologies
- Lead positive team engagement in HSE behavior and processes
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
About You
Candidates should have prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG, with strong people management and leadership skills. You should also demonstrate:
- Regulatory compliance and OH&S knowledge
- Experience with implementation of continuous improvement/lean methodologies
- Ability to drive positive team engagement in HSE behavior and processes
- Logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude (tertiary qualification in engineering is preferred but not required)
