Job Title: Community Living Director

Overview:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead vibrant student communities in a dynamic environment.

No weekend work is required, and the role offers an exceptional resident experience.

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused professional to lead the day-to-day running of our campus/student accommodation location.

About This Role:

  • Lead property operations to enhance resident satisfaction and streamline administration.
  • Maximise occupancy and budgets through performance and efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with university stakeholders and key external partners.
  • Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legislative requirements.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, student accommodation or property management.
  • Hold unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and desire to grow professionally.
  • A confident decision-maker with exceptional attention to detail.
