Pet Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our team as a Casual Reception Attendant at a pet hotel in Sydney's Northern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome pets & their owners into the Pet Hotel
- Manage guest arrivals and departures
- Take accurate notes of individual requests
- Handle phone calls to take bookings and answer enquiries
- Promote retail sales of products tailored to each pet/owner
- Run front-of-house reception and perform administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced reception roles
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Calm and caring approach when handling pets of all sizes
- Availability to work peak periods including public holidays, Christmas, Easter and school holiday periods
