About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Sales and Business Growth Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet your targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet your sales target
  • Conduct research and planning to qualify new clients
  • Complete accurate measures and estimates of projects to be quoted
  • Presentation of solution-based outcomes in written proposals, quotes, and responding to tenders to clients
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with experience in a solution selling industry or business. Previous experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry is desirable but not essential.

  • Experience in a solution selling industry or business
  • Previous experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, or construction industry (desirable)
  • Experience in growing revenue with existing clients and establishing new customers
  • Experience in using a CRM to enter/access sales data to assist your success
