About the Role

At Stratco, we're seeking a motivated and professional Trade Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our growing company, focusing on building and developing relationships with trade customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to drive sales growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business leads through cold calling and in-person sales efforts.
  • Grow sales, identify new products and market opportunities, and prepare project quotations and sales proposals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support general store management activities and maintain a safe working environment.

About You

  • A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry.
  • Honest, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales success.
  • Ability to work independently, manage appointments, and be productive on the road.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience through enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
