Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Corrosion Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting field audits, pipeline surveys, routine testing, installation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field audits and pipeline surveys to identify potential issues with cathodic protection systems.
  • Install and maintain equipment and systems to prevent corrosion.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cathodic protection systems and implement necessary repairs and improvements.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and submit detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
  • Previous experience in cathodic protection, corrosion control, or related fields is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
  • Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
