Room Leader Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional educator to fill the role of Room Leader. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for early childhood education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop, planning and implementing educational programs, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (recognized by ACECQA)
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Certification in First Aid and a valid Blue Card
