Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with frontline staff to contribute to the success of our Disability Employment Services (DES) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Quality & Compliance Leader to identify training needs across each region based on analysis of RSS reports and feedback, audits and performance reports
• Drive learning, operational initiatives and best practice strategies by sourcing, developing and delivering training solutions to address learning needs and improve performance
• Coach team leaders and team members
• Proactively seek ways to further enhance our customer experience through promotion of consistent and effective customer service strategies
• Keep up to date with any industry or department changes and ensure this knowledge is communicated and embedded across the relevant employment teams
• Work with the wider leadership team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies

Requirements:

• Strong, confident communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to change your communication style to suit the audience
• Knowledge and use of the Disability Employment Services (DES) contract DEED and guidelines
• Understanding of different learning styles and experience delivering training to small groups via e-learning, workshops, online tutorial sessions, on the job coaching and job-shadowing
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to formulate effective strategies
• A solutions-based focus, continuously seeking ways to find further opportunities to add value
• Flexibility to travel up to 2 weeks out of every month to our Central/Norther QLD sites in order to support and provide coaching to teams at the front line of our business

Additional Requirements:

• Right to Work in Australia i.e., Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa with permission to work
• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
• A current and valid Driver's Licence and ability to undertake a National Police Check
• To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, we require all authorised workers to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19 (two doses)
