Procurement Coordinator Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vendors comply with client requirements, collaborating with internal and external teams to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting new vendors through prequalification processes
- Supporting existing vendors to maintain their prequalification status
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and regional procurement teams
- Issuing performance management feedback questionnaires
- Tracking completion by delivery teams
- Updating dashboards with revised scores and sharing with the wider team
- Managing expiring subcontract master list
- Issuing extension letters
- Updating trackers and dashboards with newly executed subcontracts
- Assisting with audits (insurances, ISO accreditation)
- Vendor data analysis, including deactivating unused vendors
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable
- High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle high volumes of supplier/subcontractor matters
- Positive attitude and proactive work ethic
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
