Job Title: Grain Handler

GrainCorp is seeking an entry-level professional to fill the role of a Grain Handler. As part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations in exporting and importing grains and other commodities.

This position involves a range of tasks including rail and road receival, shipping, and out-loading. You will also be involved in plant hygiene, bunker storage operations, and grain assessing.

You will work as part of a multi-skilled team and be expected to take on additional responsibilities within the plant in accordance with your training and experience.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces is also required.
  • Willingness to undertake training to obtain fumigation license and Department of Agriculture Approved Officer status is necessary.
