Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and team-focused individual to join our Claims and Wage Subsidy team as a Wage Subsidy Consultant. This role is located in The Salvation Army Headquarters in Blackburn, Melbourne, and includes a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for wage subsidies across multiple employment programs.
  • Raise wage subsidies within the ESS & WFAOP system in accordance with guidelines and timeframes.
  • Manage evidence requirements in support of wage subsidies.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employers that receive wage subsidies and internal staff.
Requirements

You will bring excellent communication and solid Office 365 skills. Demonstrated numeracy skills and enjoy working in a team environment is also important. Ideally, you have a qualification in business (cert 3 or above) and have some experience in employment services with exposure to outcome claims and wage subsidies and using Department systems.
