About The Role:
As an Optical Assistant, you will embark on a rewarding career journey. You'll receive comprehensive training, and our dedicated team will be right beside you, offering support every step of the way.
- Sales Performance: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and deliver top-notch service, aiming not only to meet but exceed sales targets.
- Expert Eyewear Styling: Utilise your training to offer eyewear styling advice.
- Store Experience: Bring a dynamic energy into the store, making every customer's visit an enjoyable and memorable one.
- Team Collaboration: Consistently offer your support to fellow team members, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
- Brand Awareness: Take proactive steps to elevate the visibility and awareness of our brand.
