Apprentice Signal Electrician

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Signal Electrician. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our rail network.

As an Apprentice Signal Electrician, you will work with state-of-the-art electrical and signalling systems, troubleshooting complex circuits and maintaining tracks. You will receive comprehensive training from experienced mentors, including a nationally recognised Trade Qualification and specific training in Railway Signalling.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Year 12 qualifications or equivalent with proficiency in maths
• A strong interest in electrical systems and signalling technology
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• An understanding of WH&S principles and a strong safety focus
• Current C class drivers' licence
