The HiTech Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Lead to join their team in a federal government department. This is a long-term program with hybrid working arrangements and a 3-year contract.

As a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the department to transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be offered an asap start with an initial 6-month contract and 2-year extension options.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading and delivering all aspects of transition for complex enterprise platforms across multiple programs of work, managing and maintaining an acceptable risk profile via the risk register, and being the primary resource responsible for developing high-level concepts to drive through to implementation.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong understanding of Service Management and Delivery in a federal government context, demonstrated experience in overseeing design and implementation of complex tool ecosystems, and 5-10 years of experience in governance, transformation, and oversight of service management and delivery.
