About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-driven individual to facilitate the integration of new products into our mining customers' operations. As an NPI Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new mining machines, technology, and products to our customers. This includes coordinating parts, tooling, training, and supporting the needs of Cavpower Cat departments as new products and projects are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the integration of new mining machines, technology, and products into our customers' operations
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new products, including parts, tooling, and training
  • Support the needs of Cavpower Cat departments as new products and projects are delivered
  • Travel to regional branches and customer sites to provide support and training

Requirements

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical
  • Experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
  • Extensive problem-solving experience with the ability to interpret service manuals and schematics
  • Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience across a range of CAT products
  • Analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with GPS and machine control technologies
  • Experience with radio telemetry
  • Significant experience working in the mining and construction industries
