We are seeking a skilled Flexo Machine Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating flexo label printing machines, possess strong teamwork skills and be willing to work rotating shifts.

The role involves efficiently operating flexo machines to ensure timely production of job bags and interacting with the factory supervisor to maintain deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with minor maintenance tasks, implementing corrective measures and maintaining a good eye for detail.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, starting from approximately $55,000 plus superannuation.

Hours of work are typically 38 per week with shift work involved.
