**Job Overview**

RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects within the Defence sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong understanding of defence-specific delivery methodologies and security clearance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget;
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management approaches;
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress and outcomes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth;

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or architecture;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the defence industry;
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance;
  • Prior experience working in government agencies or defence organisations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
