Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working well under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will take ownership of their section, guiding junior chefs and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. They will also work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain company standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Train and develop junior staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Evaluate and improve food safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Participate in regular audits and inspections to maintain high scores and identify areas for improvement.
