Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager to lead our economic development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, attract new investments, and create sustainable economic opportunities for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement economic development strategies to achieve business growth and sustainability.
  • Attract new investments and partnerships to support economic development.
  • Lead the development of business plans and proposals to secure funding and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and community organizations, to advance economic development goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in economic development, business strategy, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Management or related field.
