About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams for children, contact lens wearers, and those requiring therapeutic treatment.
  • Recommend customized lens solutions tailored to each customer's needs and lifestyle.
  • Effectively communicate about lens technology, coatings, and extras.
  • Mentor Graduate Optometrists in using technology to enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with store managers and managing optometrists to increase eyecare revenue through efficient labor practices and appropriate billing.
