Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven professionals to join our dynamic Banquets team as a Banquet Food & Beverage Attendant. This role plays a vital part in executing memorable events—ranging from intimate meetings to lavish weddings and grand corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service during all banquet functions
  • Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders and guest expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth function execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all event spaces
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and dietary considerations to assist guests

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
