Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to join our delivery team as an E-Bike Delivery Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely deliver products to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

This position requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

As an E-Bike Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing quality customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Riding an e-bike safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with food preparation and general cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license (note: driving is not required for this role)

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
