Real Estate Assistant

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Property Service Agent, you'll be responsible for inspecting properties, collating reports, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, drive your own schedule, and contribute to the growth of our business. You'll be working closely with our property management team to ensure seamless communication and timely reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting private and routine inspections to ensure accurate reporting and client satisfaction.
  • Overseeing sign-up processes for new tenants to ensure smooth transitions and excellent customer service.
  • Liaising with tenants to address all incoming queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Developing an efficient daily schedule to maximize productivity and meet volume KPIs.
  • Collating clear and concise reports based on inspection findings, highlighting key observations and recommendations.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and a keen eye for property condition and maintenance needs.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • An unrestricted driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for conducting property inspections.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to feedback, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
