Patient Care Consultant

This critical position involves delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for booking patients into imaging procedures, ensuring accuracy and navigating across systems to input patient and referrer information, process billing, and liaise with referring doctors and technical teams.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls
- Book patients into imaging procedures and advise on preparation requirements
- Navigate across systems to input data, process billing, and communicate with medical professionals and technical teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes, contributing to a positive culture in the Contact Centre
- A strong background in customer services, preferably in a call/contact centre environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly empathy and compassion
- Able to thrive in a performance-driven environment and enjoy interacting with people over the phone
- Adaptable with a keen eye for detail
- Accustomed to entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management system
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
