About the Role

Senior Consultant Opportunity in Power and Utilities Sector


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team of experts in Power and Utilities. This role involves leading transformation engagements, including digital transformation, operating model redesign, regulatory reform, and customer experience enhancement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead complex projects by conducting market and stakeholder analysis, facilitating workshops and interviews, supporting change management activities, and preparing high-quality deliverables.
  • Support team growth and capability building by mentoring junior team members and contributing to ongoing knowledge development within the practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in the Power and Utilities sector, ideally within a top-tier or boutique consulting firm;
A strong understanding of key sector trends, including energy transition, DER integration, regulatory reform, and digital enablement;
Expertise in delivering business transformation initiatives, technology implementation, and operating model design;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
