Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can deliver remarkable before, after, and holiday care programs to children every day. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and the local community, managing a team of passionate educators, and ensuring service compliance and medical documentation.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be a natural leader with an eye for detail. They will also have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children and be energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have fun.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in Outside School Hours Care or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with schools and the community
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
